The BPPN serves as the UK first and innovative platform dedicated solely to achieve visibility and career success for Black privacy professionals through upskilling, viewing it as a key solution to inequalities within the UK privacy profession. The aim is to build connections to create opportunities that unlock the full potential of diverse privacy talent, while elevating career and business success for its members.
We align with UN Sustainable Development Goal (no 10) to reduce inequalities, ensuring no-one is left behind.
Who Are We?
We are mainly legal consultants and practitioners who work on implementing AI, data and technology legislation. For example, legislation such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the EU AI Act.
